AMPKαl interacts with TRAF6 and BECN1 proteins. (A) Mock control vector, MYC-TRAF6, or FLAG-AMPKαl was transfected into HEK293T cells as indicated. Immunoprecipitation (IP) assay was performed with anti-MYC antibody. Immuno-blot membrane was probed with antibodies specific for MYC or FLAG. (B) HEK293T cells were transfected with mock vector, MYC-AMPKαl, FLAG-TRAF6 wild type (WT), or FLAG- truncated mutants of TRAF6 as indicated. IP assay was performed with anti-MYC antibody. IP samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and probed with anti-MYC or anti-FLAG antibody.
