The number of genomes included in the analysis for each genus is given in brackets. The analysis is based on data published in ref. [19] and/or obtained by using programs CRISPRminer (version 1, [258]), and CRISPRCasFinder (version CRISPR-Cas++ 1.1.2, [241]).
