Full-length PrP molecules per oligomer as a function of RH. PrP particle RH values and the correlated number of PrP monomers present in each particle were calculated by the Zetasizer Software 7.11. These calculations were done based on the molecular weight of PrPC which is 32 kDa. The particle shape is presumed as spherical for all these calculations. The measured values for very high-molecular weight assemblies (presented with *) are not as reliable since these particles probably consist of protofibrils and fibrils
