Low PRS corresponds to ≤20th percentile, average PRS is defined as >20th to <80th percentile, and high PRS includes individuals in the ≥80th percentile of the normalized genetic risk score distribution. Individuals below the median of the modifiable risk factor distribution were classified as having reduced risk, whereas those above the median had elevated risk. P values for differences in mean absolute risk in each stratum at age 60 for a lung, b bladder, c kidney, and d oral/pharynx cancers are based on t-tests (two sided).
