Improvement of colon length, disease activity index (DAI) and histopathological lesions by Rg3-RGE + PT treatment. C57BL/6 mice were given 3% DSS in drinking water for 7 days along with p.o. treatment of the extracts. After 7 days, mice were euthanized, and the colon tissue were extracted for macroscopic and microscopic lesion assessment. (A) Gross examination of colon length (B) Quantification of colon length.
