LPA1 antagonist inhibits LPA-induced nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) activation in LPS-primed BMDMs. Cells were primed with LPS (500 ng/mL) for 4 h, followed by an exposure to LPA (1 μM) for 1 h. NF-κB activation was determined by comparing expression levels of cytosolic and nuclear NF-κB p65 based on Western blot analysis.
