Neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA). Neutrophils were isolated from the BM of DP42-bearing mice, 5TGM1-bearing mice, or control tumor-free (TF) mice and stimulated in vitro with 50 nM or 200 nM PMA for 4 h.
