Protective effects of alcalase hydrolysate (Alc-H) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced cytotoxicity. PC12 cells were pretreated with various concentrations of Alc-H (5–45 μg/mL) for 12 h before being exposed to 100 μM H2O2 for 1 h. Cell viability was determined using the CCK8 assay.
