Effects of compounds 1–10 and AgNO₃ on redox enzymes in human ovarian cancer cells. The 2008 cells were incubated for 18 h with tested compounds. Subsequently, cells were washed twice with Phosphate Buffer Solution (PBS) and lysed. TrxR activity was tested by measuring NADPH-dependent reduction of DTNB and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity was followed at 340 nm.
