Cytotoxicity of crude fractional extracts and pure compounds from C. comosa to peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). PBMCs were treated with ethyl acetate fraction (F-EtOAc), compound 1, hexane fraction (F-Hex), and compound 2 for 48 h. The MTT assay determined the cell viability.
