Deregulated circular RNAs (circRNAs) in the hippocampus of a mouse model of kainic acid (KA)‐induced epilepsy. The mice progressed at least to stage 3 and were killed 3 d after seizures commenced. The hippocampus tissues were collected and the circRNA profiles were assessed. A, A heatmap showed 20 aberrantly expressed circRNAs, including 10 up‐regulated and 10 down‐regulated circRNAs in mice hippocampus with KA‐induced epilepsy compared with control samples (n = 3/group).
