Cells were either untreated or treated with IR (A) or GC4419 (GC; B), then maintained for 48 hr in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air: 5% CO2 at 37 0C, drug was washed out, and XTT assay performed to measure the cell growth inhibition. The results shown are depicted as percent of viable cells compared to matched untreated control with 0 Gy IR and 0 μM GC.
