Cells were either left untreated or treated with IR (2 Gy in A or 8 Gy in B) alone or in combination with GC4419 (GC; 5, 10, 20 μM), then maintained in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air: 5% CO2 at 37 0C for 48 hr. The decline in cell viability is shown, with IR doses. Cell growth inhibition was determined by the XTT assay.
