Impact of TAT-I24 on HIV replication. HIV strain NL4-3 was pre-incubated with the indicated concentrations of TAT or TAT-I24 prior to infection of Jurkat cells (0.05 MOI). Six days post-infection supernatants were tested for the presence of infectious HIV particles using TZM-bl reporter cells. (A) Luciferase activity 48 hours post-infection of the reporter cells.
