Secondary metabolite antibacterial gene clusters of the four strains were compared using anti-SMASH 4.1.0 (Weber et al., 2015), reference gene clusters and core genes analyzed with MIBiG (Minimum Information about a Biosynthetic Gene cluster) (Kautsar et al., 2020).
