Two genes whose mRNA expression is not altered by H2O2 (Col4a1 and Sall1) are shown. Arrows indicate genes displaying a disconnect between loss in cyclin C occupancy compared with the other CKM components. Data obtained from ChIP were compared with a nonspecific control antibody (GFP).
