Rate constants (k_obs) for deacylation of Ala-tRNA variants by Hs ProXp-ala

Deacylation assays were performed under single-turnover conditions at 30 °C using 1.5 μm Hs ProXp-ala and 100 nm Ala-tRNA. All fold changes are relative to WT Hs tRNA^Pro. The results are the averages of three independent trials with the standard deviation indicated.
