SNHG20/miR-495 axis regulates CRC progression. (A) MTS and (B) colony formation assays indicated that SNHG20 knockdown decreased the cell viability of HCT116 and SW480 cells, which could be reversed by treatment of the cells with the miR-495 inhibitor. (C) Transwell assays showed that SNHG20 knockdown inhibited cell invasion and migration of HCT116 and SW480 cells.
