Eltrombopag causes DNA damage and activates the CHK1 pathway in Ewing sarcoma cells. a-c Ewing sarcoma cell lines were treated with eltrombopag 5 μM or vehicle for 18 h. Cells were then labeled with EdU and fixed for flow cytometry for γH2AX, a marker of DNA damage. d Ewing sarcoma cell lines were treated with eltrombopag as described in (a) and then cellular lysates were collected for immunoblotting.
