(A) Fold changes (log_e scale) of 1,430 differentially expressed genes (rows) in each cell type at early (E), middle (M), and late (L) EVD (columns), relative to baseline, with insignificant values (p > 0.2) set to 0. Genes were grouped into modules through unsupervised k-means clustering. See also Tables S2 and S3.
