Models were adjusted for age, sex, and province. A total of 266 metabolites were tested. Metabolites that were not associated with any of the factors (q-value≥0.05) are not listed in the figure. Per capita household income and animal-source food consumption were not associated with any of the metabolites at q-value<0.05 and thus not shown in the figure. * Metabolites at Level 2 identification according to the Metabolomics Standards Initiative.
