The PRA11-131 truncation construct, previously demonstrated to be retained within the ER, was fused to the Snorkel-Tag. The following constructs were expressed in COS-7 cells: (A) WT, (B) R37,38,39A, (C) 72–78Δ, and (D) R37,38,39A/72-78Δ. Constructs were immuno-localized using an anti-FLAG antibody.
