SVM-LASSO model performance. Comparison of ROCs with and without the use of feature harmonization for a) the training set (Cohort-1) and b) external-validation set (Cohort-2). The same ROC analysis applied to the ANN model, yielded no significant difference in ROC curves when considering harmonized features with respect to no-harmonized ones also for the SVM-LASSO model.
