The p-value represents the upper-tail p-value for the hypothesis test of higher methylation in the experimental mouse than the control mouse. The CG count includes the total number of CGs in the CpG island. The proportion and category counts only refer to the number of CGs where the experimental CG methylation level is higher than the control CG methylation level
