Coronal STIR image demonstrates signal hyperintensity of the right axillary nerve (arrow) as it arises from the posterior cord of the brachial plexus and courses anterior to the right subscapularis. Nonspecific right axillary soft tissue edema and rotator cuff edema is noted.
