This moderate to severe, multifocal to diffuse degenerative dermatitis characterized by cutaneous ulcers and erosions, superficial and deep cracking of the skin, and a generalized irregularity to the skin surface was noted in three whales (ID#s 20111008a, 20111008b, and 20111013).
