Table 3. Q z values estimated with design parameters for MI–NR on the SOFIA reflectometer.

The minimum, efficient and highest Q z values were evaluated with wavelengths of the maximum λ, 0.25 nm at the Maxwell peak and 0.18 nm at the cut-off wavelength of the focusing mirrors, respectively. The Q z range factors for the repetition rates of 25 and 12.5 Hz with a single incident angle were 7.07 and 3.54, respectively.
