Virus abbreviations: Subterranean clover stunt virus (SCSV), Black medic leaf roll virus (BMLRV), Faba bean necrotic yellows virus (FBNYV), Milk Vetch Dwarf Virus (MDV), Faba bean necrotic stunt virus (FBNSY), Pea yellow stunt virus (PYSV), Pea necrotic yellow dwarf virus (PNYDV), Cow vetch latent virus (CvLV), Sophora yellow stunt-associated virus (SYSaV), Milk vetch chlorotic dwarf virus (MVCDV), Banana bunchy top virus (BBTV), Abaca bunchy top virus (ABTV), Cardamom bushy dwarf virus (CBDV), and Coconut foliar decay virus (CFDV).
