(A) Splenocyte and isolated B cell were treated for 24 h with 0, 50, 100, or 200 μM SP in medium containing 1% serum. Cell viability was measured in an MTT assay after 24 h (mean ± SEM; n = 5). RNA was isolated from (B) T cells and (C) B cells, and quantitative RT-PCR analysis performed (mean ± SEM; n = 4).
