The groups were as follows: VAG-Vaccinated Aseel Group; VWG-Vaccinated WhiteLeghorn group; NAG-Non-vaccinated Aseel Group; NWG- Non-vaccinated WhiteLeghorn Group. Error bars represent standard error of the mean. Relative changes in the expression of genes were quantified by real-time PCR by comparison with expression levels of the housekeeping gene GAPDH and expressed as the fold-change.
