Cohort selection. Inclusion criteria were established prior to analysis and cases were classified according to World Health Organization guidelines. Patients receiving radiation therapy (RT) more than 365 days following biopsy/surgery were excluded (*). Tumor histologies with no patients receiving proton radiotherapy were excluded (retaining only histology groups in which at least one patient received proton radiotherapy) (**).
