1 Using the revised protocol developed by Clermont et al. [43] six isolates were not typeable (NT). These six isolates belonged to phylogroup A using the first protocol developed by Clermont et al. [43] that classifies isolates into only four phylogenetic groups (A, B1, B2, D).
