Table 1: Calcium channel inactivation rates.

The rate of ICa decline at −20mV, −10mV, or 0mV was fitted to a two-component exponential decay. The fast and slow time constants and the fraction of current associated with each decay component do not significantly differ between Fhf2WT and Fhf2KO cardiomyocytes at any tested voltage. (n=2 mice in each cohort, N=8 Fhf2WT cells, N=9 Fhf2KO cells). Data presented as mean ± standard error of the mean. Mann–Whitney U-test used for comparison of independent variables.
