Evaluation of mRNA expression, protein level and activities of glycolytic enzymes under hypoxia (3%) in KFB and NFB. (A–E) The mRNA levels of glycolytic enzymes were investigated by RT-PCR. mRNA was collected after cells culture for 12 h under hypoxia (3%) or normoxia. (F–K) The protein levels of glycolytic enzymes were determined by western blotting. Proteins were collected after cells incubation for 24 h under hypoxia (3%) or normoxia. (L–O) Activities of glycolytic enzymes were investigated using glycolytic enzyme activities kits. The evaluations were performed after cells incubation for 24 h under hypoxia (3%) or normoxia. Data are presented as Mean ± S.D.
