Effect of SNC-121 on HDACs activity in retina at days 7 and 42 post-injury. Activities of specific HDAC 1, 2, 3, and 6 were measured in the retina extracts at days 7 (a) and 42 (b) post-injury using Boc-Lys(Ac)-AMC as substrate.
