IgG and IgA immune responses in mice immunized with OMVs derived from the parental strain and Δomp mutants. Total amounts of anti-OMP_ST IgG in the sera of mice immunized with OMVs via the intranasal (A) or intraperitoneal (C) route and total amounts of anti-OMP_ST IgA in vaginal secretions from mice immunized with OMVs via the intranasal route (B).
