The VBM and Reho values of the overlapped region in MRN in MwoA patients and healthy subjects. MwoA had decreased gray matter volume but increased Reho values in the median raphe nuclei compared with healthy subjects. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no association between volume or Reho values of the MRN and headache frequency, headache intensity or disease duration, SAS and SDS in MwoA patients.
