CXL protocols for S-CXL and Flap-CXL. When performing S-CXL, the flap kept being attached to the stromal bed during soaking and UVA irradiation. When performing Flap-CXL, the flap was reflected during soaking to avoid riboflavin contact. Then, it was repositioned during UVA irradiation.
