W922 suppresses the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. HCT116 cells were treated with (A) gradient concentrations of W922 for 24 h, or with (B) W922 at 10 µM for gradient time periods. Then, the cells were collected and lysed. Cell lysates were immunoblotted with antibodies against PI3K/Akt/mTOR-related total and p- proteins.
