The effect of exosomal miR-22 on cell apoptosis. Proapoptotic Bax expression and antiapoptotic Bcl-2 expression were assessed by Western blot analysis. HEK293-derived exosomes, either exo-miR22 or exo-cont miR, were administered to SKG-II cells. The cells were then irradiated with 4 Gy of X-rays, and protein samples were harvested.
