Changes in tissue injury parameters induced by cumulative administration of DOX. Mice were injected intraperitoneally with either 3.33 mg/kg DOX (a cumulative dose of 30 mg/kg) or an equivalent volume of saline every other day for 18 days. At 7 days after administration of the last dose, the serum levels of (A) AST, (B) LDH, (C) CK-MB and (D) troponin T were measured.
