Danhong injection (DHI) inhibits oxidative stress after hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury. reactive oxygen species generation was detected and quantified in Normoxia, H/R and H/R + DHI group by (A,C) DHE staining (bar = 100 μm, n = 3) and (B,D) DCFH-DA FACS (n = 3).
