Dexamethasone responsive genes are globally downregulated and are associated with worse patient survival. (A) The differential expression analysis of dexamethasone responsive gene in pan-cancer; (B) dysfunction of dexamethasone responsive genes associate with worse survival in cancer patients; (C) the dexamethasone responsive gene score distribution in cancers. We performed the differential expression analysis based on the count data by using DESeq2 (14). Genes with fold change over two and P value less than 0.05 were considered as the significantly differentially expressed genes.
