Results from weighted, multiply imputed logistic models of dichotomized SRMH (good/fair/poor versus excellent or very good) and elevated anxiety (score of 10 or above on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD-7 scale) estimated using the Cycle 2 sample.
