SS1-LR/GGS furin site mutants. We evaluated individual point mutations in the furin cleavage site of SS1-LR/GGS for cytotoxicity against three mesothelin-positive cell lines: KB31, L55, and NCI-H322M. Mean EC50 values (ng/mL) from at least three separate experiments are presented here relative to SS1-LR/GGS.
