Criteria for TMA as defined by Gloude et al.²⁷ Meeting at least 5 of the 7 criteria are required to meet definition. Protein in urine defined as random urine protein measurement ≥30 mg/dL or urine protein/creatinine ratio ≥2 mg/mg. Hypertension defined as >99th percentile for age, height, and sex. Check marks indicate that the criterion was met; blank spaces indicate that the criterion was not met.
