Impact of propofol on four types of asynchrony. Propofol was entered into the distributed lag non-linear model with two dimensions: dose and time lag. The y-axis shows the time after instantaneous exposure of propofol, so the drug was assumed to be discontinued after a certain dose exposure. Other covariates including tidal volume, WOB, PEEP, plateau pressure, mode of ventilation, and day hours were adjusted.
