Qualitative assessment of the in vivo tumor contrast as a function of time. Mice with HCT116-SSTR2 tumors were intravenously injected with 2 nmol of ${}^{67}\mathrm{Ga}$-MMC(IR800)-TOC and imaged with the OnLume imager at 3, 24, 48, and 72 h post-injection ($n=4/\text{time point}$, cohort shown in Fig. 2 in the Supplementary Material). For these representative mice, NIRF images are all on the same relative scale and overlaid on the WL reflectance captured simultaneously under ambient light.
