Effects of BAFF blockade on intestinal inflammation and permeability. Septic mice (n=10 for each group) were intraperitoneally injected with 50ug anti-BAFF antibody or control antibody. Mice were euthanatized and samples were collected 4 h after LPS challenge. (A) The mRNA expression of inflammatory cytokines in the ileum tissues, including IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-10.
