(A) Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection (UMAP) plots of concatenated CD45⁺ populations (min 3 independent samples with max 10′000 CD45⁺ cells per sample), cells were clustered according to their similarity in signal intensity of all parameters measured by flow cytometry and overlayed with manually gated populations in the BALF.
